Emily Sorensen
I’m Emily Sorensen, an editorial and fine art photographer based in Salt Lake City. I started as a street photographer, and that’s still the heart of how I work: I look for real moments, real personality, and the details that make an image feel alive rather than posed. I’ve photographed New York Fashion Week (2024, 2025), Paris Fashion Week (2025), and Park City Fashion Week (2025). I’m a photo contributor to SLUG Magazine, and my fine art work has been exhibited at the Provo Art Stroll and Cottonwood Country Club. I also cover events and brand activations, including the Specialty Food Association’s Fancy Food Show, and shoot both photo and video. My style is editorial with an emotional edge: fashion-forward, story-driven, and grounded in natural light and authentic connection. I’m also the creative director of my own clothing brand, so I understand what brands need from their imagery. That means content that looks beautiful and also works hard on social, on the web, and in campaigns. I’m available for fashion, editorial, lifestyle, portrait, brand, and event work in Utah and for travel.
